1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the aiDoctus mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by BoostYou Technologies LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
aiDoctus is a medical calculator: a reference tool that performs standard clinical calculations, scores, and unit conversions based on formulas published in medical literature and other publicly available, reputable reference sources. Where practical, the App indicates the source on which a calculation is based.
Medical disclaimer. The App is an informational and educational reference tool intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Always verify results independently and consult current clinical guidelines before making any decision affecting patient care. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something calculated or displayed in the App.
3. Intended users
The App is designed for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, medical students, and other healthcare professionals. If you are not a healthcare professional, any information in the App is for general educational interest only and must not be used to make health decisions — always consult a qualified clinician.
4. Accuracy of content
We take care to implement formulas and reference values faithfully from published sources. However, medicine evolves, sources may be revised, and errors — in sources or in software — are possible. We do not warrant that any calculation, score, reference value, or citation is accurate, complete, or current. Responsibility for verifying results and for all clinical decisions remains entirely with the user.
5. Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, resell, or redistribute the App or its content, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its original content are the property of BoostYou Technologies LLC. Underlying medical formulas and scores are established scientific knowledge and remain attributable to their original authors and publications; citations in the App identify sources where practical.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostYou Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the App, including any decision made or action taken in reliance on information or calculations provided by the App.
9. Privacy
The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. See the aiDoctus Privacy Policy for details.
10. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the current version will always be available at this address, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
